DOMENIU DE APLICARE
This policy explains how we process the personal data of website visitors, clients and potential clients of VOFFLIGHT SRL, as well as persons who communicate with us through online forms, email or telephone. The policy applies together with the Terms and Conditions available at www.energiq.md/terms-and-conditions.
CE DATE PRELUCRĂM
Date furnizate direct: name and surname, email, phone, company/position, execution/project addresses, billing data, content of messages/quote requests, intervention scheduling preferences.
Date generate/furnizate de terți: dacă se utilizează plăți online, identificatori de plată (tokenizați) de la procesatorul bancar, confirmări și status al tranzacțiilor, verificări anti-fraudă.
Date tehnice/analitice: adrese IP, identificatori de cookie, tip/versiune browser, setări dispozitiv, pagini vizitate, evenimente de utilizare (conform setărilor de cookie și consimțământului).
Suport/relații cu clienții: request records, support tickets, correspondence and, where applicable, intervention reports/sheets.
TEMEIURI LEGALE ALE PRELUCRĂRII
Performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps (quote requests, technical evaluations, service provision, billing).
Îndeplinirea obligațiilor legale (fiscal-contabile, arhivare).
Legitimate interest (IT security, fraud prevention, service improvement, defense of rights).
Consimțământul (marketing prin e-mail, cookie-uri neesențiale, anumite analize/remarketing). Puteți retrage consimțământul în orice moment.
SCOPURILE PRELUCRĂRII
Administrarea site-ului și furnizarea conținutului informativ.
Management of quote requests, scheduling of visits/executions, contractual and post-sale communication.
Online payment processing (if active) through the bank processor and fraud prevention.
Analiza utilizării site-ului și îmbunătățirea experienței (doar cu consimțământ pentru cookie-uri neesențiale).
Marketing direct prin e-mail/SMS numai cu consimțământ.
PLĂȚI ONLINE
If you use card payment, payment data is collected and processed on the bank processor's secure page. We do not store or access complete card data. We may receive from the processor information about transaction status, amount, currency and technical identifiers, exclusively for confirmation, settlement and fraud prevention.
DESTINATARI ȘI ÎMPUTERNICIȚI
IT suppliers (hosting, maintenance, email, CRM), commercial bank payment processor (if online payments are active), analytical/anti-fraud solution providers, consultants (legal/accounting), public authorities when required by law. We transmit only necessary data, based on contracts and confidentiality and security obligations.
TRANSFERURI INTERNAȚIONALE
If certain suppliers operate outside the Republic of Moldova or in states without an equivalent level of protection, we will ensure adequate safeguards (standard contractual clauses or other recognized mechanisms) and will indicate these transfers in the Cookie Policy/relevant section.
PĂSTRAREA DATELOR
Date contractuale și relația cu clienții: pe durata relației contractuale și o perioadă ulterioară necesară stabilirii, exercitării sau apărării unui drept în justiție.
Documente financiar-contabile: conform legislației aplicabile.
Director Tehnic: conform ciclurilor operaționale și setărilor de cookie (termen redus pentru IP/ID acolo unde este posibil).
La expirarea termenelor, datele sunt șterse sau anonimizate în siguranță.
SECURITATE
Aplicăm măsuri tehnice și organizatorice adecvate (control acces, criptare în tranzit, limitarea datelor, politici de backup, revizuiri periodice). Deși depunem eforturi rezonabile, niciun sistem nu poate garanta securitate absolută.
DREPTURILE TALE
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure (under legal conditions), restriction, objection to processing, data portability (where applicable), as well as the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, if it produces similar legal effects.
You can withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the legality of processing performed prior to withdrawal.

MINORII
Our services are primarily aimed at adults. We do not intentionally process minors' data for marketing purposes. If you have reason to believe we have collected data from a minor without the legal representative's consent, please contact us for deletion.
DECIZII AUTOMATE ȘI PROFILARE
We do not make decisions with legal or similar effects solely on the basis of automated processing. We may use aggregate/statistical analyses to improve services, without producing individual legal effects.
LINK-URI ȘI SERVICII TERȚE
The website may include links to external services (e.g., bank payment page, analytics solutions). We do not control their policies; please consult the privacy policies of the respective providers.
