SCOPE OF APPLICATION
This policy explains how we process the personal data of website visitors, clients and potential clients of VOFFLIGHT SRL, as well as persons who communicate with us through online forms, email or telephone. The policy applies together with the Terms and Conditions available at www.energiq.md/terms-and-conditions.
WHAT DATA WE PROCESS
Directly provided data: name and surname, email, phone, company/position, execution/project addresses, billing data, content of messages/quote requests, intervention scheduling preferences.
Data generated/provided by third parties: if online payments are used, payment identifiers (tokenized) from the bank processor, confirmations and transaction status, anti-fraud verifications.
Technical/analytical data: IP addresses, cookie identifiers, browser type/version, device settings, pages visited, usage events (according to cookie settings and consent).
Support/customer relations: request records, support tickets, correspondence and, where applicable, intervention reports/sheets.
LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING
Performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps (quote requests, technical evaluations, service provision, billing).
Fulfillment of legal obligations (fiscal-accounting, archiving).
Legitimate interest (IT security, fraud prevention, service improvement, defense of rights).
Consent (email marketing, non-essential cookies, certain analytics/remarketing). You can withdraw your consent at any time.
PURPOSES OF PROCESSING
Website administration and provision of informational content.
Management of quote requests, scheduling of visits/executions, contractual and post-sale communication.
Online payment processing (if active) through the bank processor and fraud prevention.
Website usage analysis and experience improvement (only with consent for non-essential cookies).
Direct marketing via email/SMS only with consent.
ONLINE PAYMENTS
If you use card payment, payment data is collected and processed on the bank processor's secure page. We do not store or access complete card data. We may receive from the processor information about transaction status, amount, currency and technical identifiers, exclusively for confirmation, settlement and fraud prevention.
RECIPIENTS AND PROCESSORS
IT suppliers (hosting, maintenance, email, CRM), commercial bank payment processor (if online payments are active), analytical/anti-fraud solution providers, consultants (legal/accounting), public authorities when required by law. We transmit only necessary data, based on contracts and confidentiality and security obligations.
INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
If certain suppliers operate outside the Republic of Moldova or in states without an equivalent level of protection, we will ensure adequate safeguards (standard contractual clauses or other recognized mechanisms) and will indicate these transfers in the Cookie Policy/relevant section.
DATA RETENTION
Contractual and customer relationship data: for the duration of the contractual relationship and a subsequent period necessary for establishing, exercising or defending a right in court.
Financial-accounting documents: according to applicable legislation.
Technical/analytical logs: according to operational cycles and cookie settings (reduced term for IP/ID where possible).
Upon expiration of deadlines, data is deleted or securely anonymized.
SECURITY
We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures (access control, encryption in transit, data limitation, backup policies, periodic reviews). Although we make reasonable efforts, no system can guarantee absolute security.
YOUR RIGHTS
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure (under legal conditions), restriction, objection to processing, data portability (where applicable), as well as the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, if it produces similar legal effects.
You can withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the legality of processing performed prior to withdrawal.
You can file a complaint with the National Center for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Moldova.

MINORS
Our services are primarily aimed at adults. We do not intentionally process minors' data for marketing purposes. If you have reason to believe we have collected data from a minor without the legal representative's consent, please contact us for deletion.
AUTOMATED DECISIONS AND PROFILING
We do not make decisions with legal or similar effects solely on the basis of automated processing. We may use aggregate/statistical analyses to improve services, without producing individual legal effects.
THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES
The website may include links to external services (e.g., bank payment page, analytics solutions). We do not control their policies; please consult the privacy policies of the respective providers.
